The ACROSS project has a new scientific publication in the ACM Digital Library under the title of “New Forms of Delivering Public Goods and Inclusive Public Services: Enablers, Benefits, and Barriers” authored by Robert Krimmer, Trui Steen, Matteo Gerosa, Enrique Areizaga and Jon Shamah.
The DOI of the publication is 10.1145/3543434.3543657. The publication is part of the recent DG.O 2022: The 23rd Annual International Conference on Digital Government Research. In the publication, the authors discuss the advent of new forms of delivering digital public services which aim at integrating Europe and its digital single market (DSM). The authors are from five different European research projects, and each of them sheds light on the enablers, benefits and barriers to deliver integrated public services.
