Close your eyes and imagine a Europe in which it is common to study and work in any of its member states without the hassle of having to adapt the certifications obtained to the different requirements of the public administrations in each country. Imagine also having complete control of your data and managing access to it easily, securely, and efficiently.

In the EU project ACROSS, we call it “User Journeys” and our aim is to make it real within the “Digital Europe society”.

The main key word is “Interoperability” and though we start with a strong consortium, we are open to any private/public collaboration to help us with the transformation of Europe´s dream in our day-to-day life.

ACROSS, ‘Towards user journeys for the delivery of cross-border services ensuring data sovereignty’ is a Horizon 2020 project funded by the EU Research Executive Agency.

In February ACROSS project was kicked-off through a 2 days meeting where all the consortium partners participating:

The kick-off meeting followed these main objectives:

  • Gain a common understanding about the project scope;
  • Provide an overview of the work that needs to be undertaken in every Work Package;
  • Determine key priorities for the 1st half of the project;
  • Set the action plan for the next six months period.

This the first entry to the ACROSS Blog which will serve to disseminate the project outcomes and keep ACROSS community informed of the latest news, activities or relevant content that may be of interest. Don’t miss the next entry! Keep tuned!
